Dubuque Inn & Suites

When we checked out our Mastercard was charged $113.12 for our night's stay. When I checked my bank statement, I discovered an additional $10.00 charge was put onto my Mastercard. I do not know what the charge was for or why we were charged an additional $10.00. The original charge of $113.12 was the agreed upon amount. Very disappointing!!

When I am in Dubuque, I like staying here. Bright and clean place, the rooms are well-kept. It has good and easy position in the middle of jackson. Superbly friendly and really friendly people are working there.

It has well-kept rooms. Also, the location is easy, minutes from Kennedy Mall. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of jackson.

we really enjoyed the hotel. the lady at the desk was way nice and friendly. like being greated with a smile. we would definetly recommend it to friends.

I had a fantastic experience here, enjoying a clean and bright hotel with super friendly staff, just a short walk to scenic Riverwalk and the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium for great city explorations.

We spent two nights in a spacious suite that fit our family perfectly. The staff was friendly, and we loved the on-site restaurant for breakfast with a great variety. Pro tip, Ask for a room away from the pool if noise is a concern!

The place was dirtier than my toddler's playroom! I was like I was at a crime scene for cleanliness, so adios!
